How do I open the piggy bank for the first time?
Install 3 AA batteries (not included) in the battery compartment on the back. Then enter the 4-digit password (the default is 0000). The green light turns on, and you can turn the door knob clockwise to open the door.
How do I change the password?
Open the door with your current password. Hold down the * button until the red light flashes, and keep holding it with the door open. Enter your new 4-digit password within 5 seconds, then press #. When the light stops flashing, release the * button and close the door.
What batteries does it need?
It runs on 3 AA batteries (1.5V each). Batteries are not included. We recommend an adult installs them.
How much can it hold?
About 600 coins or about 100 paper bills.
How does the automatic bill feeder work?
Slide a bill into the front slot and the bank rolls it inside by itself, like a real ATM. Coins go into the slot on top. The feeder works best with flat, crisp bills. Very old, soft or wrinkled bills may not feed.
What are the two sound modes?
In beep mode you can enter all 4 digits in a row. In voice mode, the bank says “Password please” before each digit. The mode switch is inside the door.
What ages is it for?
It is designed for kids ages 3 to 12. Coins are small objects, so we recommend adult supervision for younger children.
Do all the colors work the same?
Yes. All 9 colors have the same features and the same price, so choose your child’s favorite.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the contiguous US usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $35 or more. Smaller orders ship for a flat $4.99.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See the Return & Refund Policy for the full steps.
What if my bank arrives damaged or does not work?
Email us at contact@refasy.shop with your order number and a photo or short description. We will send a replacement or refund it.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also use our order tracking page.
Is it safe to pay on your store?
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and card payments are handled by a secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
