30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your REFASY piggy bank, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

What can be returned

Items must be in their original condition with all parts and packaging. Items damaged by misuse or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@refasy.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Keep your tracking number.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs

You pay for return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we cover it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email contact@refasy.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

For a different color, return the original for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we will help.
