Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will get an email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

After shipping, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous US. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Use it on our order tracking page or on the carrier’s website.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change it, email us right away at contact@refasy.shop. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, email contact@refasy.shop with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
