Terms of service

Agreement

By using refasy.shop or buying from REFASY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

Products and information

We try to show our products, colors and specifications accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If we find a pricing or availability error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or stock issues.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Safe use

Read the instructions before use. Coins are small objects, so adult supervision is recommended for young children, and an adult should install and replace batteries. Use only the battery type listed (3 AA).

Intellectual property

The REFASY name, logo, site text and images belong to REFASY or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and products are provided as described, without other warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, REFASY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
